He bows at “Baruch” and straightens himself up when he mentions the Name, for “Hashem straightens those who are bowed down”
“When he bows”: at Avos and at Hoda’ah [the first blessing of Shemoneh Esrei and the blessing of thanks], he bows at “Baruch” and straightens himself up when he mentions the Name, on the basis of “Hashem straightens those who are bowed down” (Tehillim 146:8).
