Shemos 13:16 (Bo)

From the great, open miracles a person comes to acknowledge the hidden miracles: all our affairs are miracles, all by the decree of the Most High

And from the great, well-known miracles a person comes to acknowledge the hidden miracles, which are the foundation of the whole Torah. For a person has no share in the Torah of Moshe Rabbeinu until we believe that all our affairs and all that happens to us are miracles; there is no nature or ordinary way of the world in them, whether for the many or for the individual. Rather, if he does the mitzvos, his reward will make him succeed, and if he transgresses them, his punishment will cut him off: all is by the decree of the Most High.
