Shemos 16:32 (Beshalach)

Yirmiyahu brought out the jar of manna: “With this your fathers supported themselves; the Omnipresent has many messengers to prepare food for those who fear Him”

For your generations: in the days of Yirmiyahu. When Yirmiyahu would rebuke them, “Why do you not occupy yourselves with Torah?” they would say, “Shall we leave our work and occupy ourselves with Torah? From where will we support ourselves?” He brought out to them the jar of man [manna]. He said to them, “You, see the word of Hashem” (Yirmiyahu 2:31). It does not say “hear,” but “see”: with this your fathers supported themselves. The Omnipresent has many messengers to prepare food for those who fear Him.
