הַנִּכְנָס לְהַקִּיז דָּם, אוֹמֵר: יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ ה׳ אֱלֹקַי שֶׁיְּהֵא עֵסֶק זֶה לִי לִרְפוּאָה כִּי רוֹפֵא חִנָּם אַתָּה; וּלְאַחַר שֶׁהִקִּיז, יֹאמַר: בָּרוּךְ רוֹפֵא חוֹלִים.

One who goes in to let blood prays that it be a cure for him, for Hashem is a Healer without charge

One who goes in to let blood says, “May it be Your will, Hashem my G-d, that this undertaking be a cure for me, for You are a Healer without charge.” And after he has let blood, he should say, “Blessed is the Healer of the sick.”
