Tanach

Tehillim

25:2–3, 15–22

My G-d, I have trusted in You; my eyes are always toward Hashem; guard my soul, for I have taken refuge in You

2My G-d, I have trusted in You; do not let me be put to shame; do not let my enemies rejoice over me.

3Indeed, none who hope to You will be put to shame; those who betray without cause will be put to shame.

15My eyes are always toward Hashem, for He will bring my feet out of the net.

16Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am alone and afflicted.

17The troubles of my heart have spread wide; bring me out of my distress.

18See my affliction and my toil, and forgive all my sins.

19See my enemies, for they are many, and they hate me with an unjust hatred.

20Guard my soul and rescue me; let me not be put to shame, for I have taken refuge in You.

21Let innocence and uprightness guard me, for I have hoped to You.

22G-d, redeem Yisrael from all its troubles.
