33:10, 16–21
The king is not saved by a great army; the eye of Hashem is on those who hope for His kindness
10Hashem has annulled the counsel of nations; He has thwarted the designs of peoples.
16The king is not saved by a great army; a mighty man is not rescued by great strength.
17The horse is a false hope for salvation; for all its great strength, it will not rescue [its rider].
18See, the eye of Hashem is on those who fear Him, on those who hope for His kindness,
19To save their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
20Our soul has waited for Hashem; He is our help and our shield.
21For our hearts rejoice in Him, for we have trusted in His holy Name.
